The fourth edition of Cairo Water Week 2021, took place from 24th to 28th of October 2021 as a hybrid event, at the Nile Ritz-Carlton Hotel, Cairo, and addressed the main theme
‘’Water, Population and Global Change: Challenges and Opportunities”.
CWW is an important platform for professional engagement, the exchange and sharing of ideas, learning from others and identify areas for partnerships and collaborations. The key events at which activities associated with the topic were proposed, on several recent events and discussions highlighted the links between water, population and global changes.
EBS was responsible for handling the full organization and management of the event for 5 days setup.
EBS created the main event identity and customized the theme on the branding production items including media wall, wooden gate, wooden panels, backdrops, roll ups, flags, direction signs, mock ups, info desk and pylons.
EBS was fully responsible for CWW exhibition including 30 exhibitors.
EBS provided the interpretation for 3 languages AR/EN/FR, audio visual system for the whole event. also provided the online platform for the participants to be able to fully participate in the event discussions.
Also, EBS provided video recording and Photo shooting for the whole event as well as the promo movies documenting the event.
