EBS managed the “Renewable and Sustainable Energy Development in the Gulf of Suez” event at the St. Regis Hotel in the New Administrative Capital on November 11, 2024. The event gathered experts and stakeholders to discuss the critical role of renewable energy in the region’s sustainable development.
EBS developed the event concept design, with the theme of “Conserving Nature, Driving Development” reflecting the commitment to sustainable energy solutions and environmental conservation.
In addition to event design, EBS provided all audiovisual (AV) and simultaneous interpretation services.
The event branding was thoughtfully executed by EBS, including branded name tags and lanyards for participants, as well as branded registration desks and backdrop, branded podium, LED screens design, and digital roll-ups.
EBS also provided ushers to handle participant registration and guide participants during the event, ensuring smooth operations. Additionally, EBS photography team captured key moments of the event with full photography coverage, documenting the significant discussions and interactions.
