In the framework of a regional event for the World Bank in Cairo where the Korea Green Innovation took place in the period from 17 to 19 October 2023.
EBS was pleased to handle the management of the event for 3 days set up as well as breakout rooms and VIP room.
EBS negotiated the hotel package and the rooms for all the guests of the event for over 85 foreign guests.
EBS provided full audio-visual system support for the whole event including interpretation, LED screens, media server and integration for online participants and speakers.
EBS used the created main event identity to customize the theme on all the branding production items including media wall, roll ups and pylons as well as digital screens.
Also, EBS proposed several ideas for the conference kits and the giveaways, and it ended up with several items.
EBS provided video recording and photo shooting for the event and created the promo video documenting the whole event activities.
Upon arrival, EBS arranged the airport pickup for all the participants and vice versa.
On the sideline of the event, many site visits had to be conducted to the railway station to see the progress of the different projects.
As part of the activities, EBS organized different culture tours for the guest of the event including Old Cairo, Religious Complex, Amr Ibn al-As Mosque as well as a private tour at the National Museum of Egyptian Civilization – NMEC, during this tour EBS provided the tour leaders and the portable devices for the event.
