The EPAP III Closing Event, managed by EBS, took place on December 16, 2024. This important occasion was dedicated to celebrating the achievements of the EPAP III project and its ongoing contributions to fostering a sustainable green industry. Held at Marriott El Zamalek Hotel, the event brought together key government ministers, industry leaders, and stakeholders to reflect on the project’s successes and discuss future goals.
EBS developed the event concept design, which included a media wall, a branded podium, and digital screens—elements that reinforced the event’s sustainable green theme. The design created a polished and professional atmosphere, aligning with the values and goals of the EPAP III project.
EBS provided expert technical services, including interpretation services as well as LED screen and AV equipment.
A highlight of the event was the documentary video produced by EBS, which showcased the achievements of the EPAP III project. EBS team worked closely with ministers and industry leaders to record interviews and prepare the video before the event, creating a powerful visual narrative that highlighted the project’s milestones. The video was presented during the event and played a significant role in emphasizing the importance of the project’s contributions to sustainability.
Furthermore, EBS provided photography and video coverage of the event, capturing key moments, interactions, and testimonials from ministers, stakeholders, and industry leaders.
