The second edition of the Cairo Sustainable Energy Week (CSEW) was held from October 1st to 3rd 2024 in the Nile Ritz Carlton Hotel, under the patronage of Arab League Secretary General Ahmed Abul Gheit and Minister of Electricity and Renewable Energy H.E. Mahmoud Esmat. In the presence of H.E Dr. Yasmin Fouad, Minister of Environment, and Dr. Ahmed Mohina, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Electricity.
The three-day event was organized by the Regional Center for Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency (RCREEE), with the goal of fostering collaboration among policymakers, energy experts, and companies to advance sustainable energy solutions.
EBS was delighted to provide interpretation services in two languages and provide AV equipment for two halls. Additionally, EBS took full responsibility for managing the event registration and assigned a team of ushers to work under the supervision of EBS experts.
EBS executed the event branding with great attention to details, including 3D mockup with the event name, branded eco-friendly name tags and lanyards for attendees, registration desks, backdrops, media walls, directional signs, feather flags, podiums, speaker’s tables, LED screens designs.
Furthermore, EBS provided photography and video coverage of the event, capturing key moments, interactions, and testimonials from the ministries, decision-makers, policy makers, energy planners, resource managers, network operators, industrialists, investors, and experts.
In the context of the CSEW2024 exhibition area, EBS customized two booths: one for the EU-funded project “The Mitigation Enabling Energy Transition in the Mediterranean region” (meet MED) and another for the event partner “GORD.”
