Cairo, February 2025 – As part of its ongoing efforts to achieve sustainable industrial development, the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO), in collaboration with the Ministry of Industry, held the final event of the Global Eco-Industrial Parks Programme in Egypt (GEIPP-Egypt).
EBS was pleased to provide full event management and on-ground support for this significant occasion.
EBS developed the event’s concept design and provided all audiovisual (AV) and simultaneous interpretation services, as well as lighting equipment and a hybrid setup for both in-person and online participants and speakers.
The event branding was thoughtfully executed by EBS, including branded registration desk, backdrops, branded gate, pylons, media wall and LED screen designs, digital podium and digital roll-ups with animated designs.
EBS was responsible for media coverage through the press and television channels for the event bringing on board over 4 TV Channels and 12 press members.
EBS was also responsible for designing and implementing the online registration system for attendees. To ensure smooth operations, EBS provided ushers to handle participant registration and guide attendees throughout the event.
Additionally, EBS managed video recording and photography for the event, along with creation of highlight video after the event.
Finally, EBS contributed to the selection, design, and distribution of giveaways for attendees.
